If you suddenly have no idea what you want to be when you grow up — lean in to the uncertainty. Send your resume to companies a few degrees outside your comfort zone. Binge the Ted Talks by movers and shakers you admire. Rearrange the furniture in your office. Wander a job fair and collect some useful intel along with free pens and tote bags. Or hash out your career conundrums with a coach, mentor, or trusted friend. They might see a you-shaped hole in your industry that hasn’t occurred to you yet.
