There’s a difference between taking your routine seriously and obsessing over it. And no, fixating on the to-dos you can’t get to today isn’t much help. If you have a health or work objective (or both), ease up on micromanaging the outcome. Hint: you can’t. Instead, congratulate yourself for all the effort you’ve put in already. And relax your grasp on trying to get it all perfect. Doing so will allow you to join the flow of life.
